Proverbs 13:22
The reality is that you can put off making a Will until it is too late, which poses all sorts of problems for the people left behind and could mean that some, or all of your inheritance, either goes to the wrong person or the state.
Everyone needs to make a Will. In particular, anyone with dependent relatives must do so. Anyone who owns a property or has any asset which you would wish relatives, friends or charities to benefit from should also make a Will.
Making a Will enables you to precisely plan what will happen to your property (estate) following your demise. It ensures that those you would like to benefit from the Will do so under your wishes whilst avoiding any disputes between relatives.

"Oh what a lovely team you have. Everything was explained really clearly and my questions were answered. I spoke to Rob and Sarah and they were very patient with me as I am hard of hearing. They spoke slower and clearer so I could hear and understand everything. They didn't mind how much time it took and I didn't feel rushed. Brilliant!!"

"I was so happy with the service, that I have already recommended them to my friends. They are more than helpful and as a result of their advice I have realised that I needed a POA for my business as well as for myself."

"What a great team of people to deal with.Chris and Sarah White made completing the questionnaire for our LPA documents very simple for us. They both offered great advice and were able to answer the questions we put to them in easy to understand replies, all within the comfort of our own home. We definitely recommend them to all those people who wish to set up LPA, as they are a very professional company and extremely competitive pricewise."

"Every member of staff we have dealt with at Trinity Life have been delightful. They are all very professional well versed in providing guidance for Lasting Power of Attorney. After dealing with the member of staff today organising our LPOA I wish I can contacted them to make our Will but alas we already had our Will in place. I can’t praise Trinity Life more highly the staff are so helpful and informative and don’t use jargon you’re not familiar with unlike solicitors! And they don’t charge inflated prices we hope this company goes from strength to strength it must be a very pleasant place to work."

"I cannot believe how easy and simple it was to sort out my will and funeral plan. I had been thinking about doing it for about 4 years but kept putting it off as I thought it was too complicated for me to understand but Chris and Sarah made it so easy and explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. I cannot thank them enough and would definitely highly recommend Trinity to anyone thinking about getting a will or funeral plan. They also saved me a fortune too, their fees are very reasonable. Excellent service and very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't praise them enough."
